Delivery Terms

All shipping charges for all products sold on our website www.isimlikmarketi.com belong to the buyer. Payments of cargo fees will be made to the relevant cargo company. 

Your orders will be sent through the courier company we have contracted with, unless otherwise requested. Please use the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" field on the payment page for the matters you want to convey about your order, including cargo.

Your orders are prepared and delivered to the cargo as soon as possible after the bank approval is received. The courier company will deliver your order to you according to the distance of the delivery address to the departure branch.

In regions where cargo companies deliver once a week, in cases where there are errors and deficiencies in the shipping information, in cases where there are problems in the operation of the cargo companies, in cases such as some social events and natural disasters, there may be a delay in the specified day time. Namekmarketi.com cannot be held responsible for these delays.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

A notification e-mail will be sent to you when your order is confirmed. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

isislikmarketi.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. Although rare, it is possible for consumers to buy the same products and the product may run out of stock. 

In this situation ;

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.

In case of “damaged and missing” package; Damaged and missing packages should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo company representative. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged or incomplete, the Buyer should request that the package be opened there and checked that the products are delivered undamaged and complete, and that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If a damaged or missing package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to the info@isimlikmarketi.com email address as soon as possible, with the copy of the report remaining in the Buyer, by adding a report to the e-mail attachment.
